Site Slowness

As most of you have noticed, the site's speed has really been slowing down as of late, especially with some of the new enhancements and the forum integration. I'm looking to solve this sometime soon.

I noticed it's fine late at night and early in the mornings, but mid-day and after work it's unbearably slow to me. Which means it's all about the server load.
