How do you earn or get these? :P

By returning full sets of items to the Collection Collector. http://www.kokaro.com/collectioncollector.php

It's a way of keeping your item page more manageable, but also a way of getting some very nice score, gold and chance at items/avatars.

Drath did you cut up twhitmore's Medallions because he had more than 50+ of them.
